Notary Services

Your time is valuable. We understand that today's hectic lifestyle can make simple tasks appear to be overwhelming. To help make your life easier, we offer Vermont notary services in our office, mobile, and remote online (RON). We can also make copies of documents while you are here.

What is a Notary & Why Do Documents Require a Notarized Signature?

A notary public is appointed by the state to serve as an official and impartial witness during the signing of certain important and legal documents. Certain documents require a signature to be notarized in order for the document to be legally binding.

Be Prepared

Please have ready the documents that you need to have notarized, as well as a valid form of government-issued photo identification (usually a driver's license or passport) and a second form of identification. Secondary identification can be a utility bill, property tax bill, or a credit card.

There is a nominal fee of $5.00 per document notarized and $0.25 per page copied. This fee may be waived at our discretion based on other business relationships you have with us. Additional travel fees of $2.00 per mile will apply in all circumstances that we travel to and from your location.

Please call ahead to make an appointment.
